Our Story
Eco PropertyNI was established by a team of experienced property professionals who saw a gap in the market for a truly reliable, all-in-one property services company in Northern Ireland.
We noticed that property owners were having to juggle multiple contractors for different jobs — an EPC assessor here, a damp specialist there, a cleaner somewhere else. We set out to change that by building a single, trusted team that could handle every aspect of property maintenance and compliance.
Today, we serve homeowners, landlords, letting agents, and property investors across Northern Ireland, delivering consistent, professional results on every job.
